Yoga
"Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind."
Core Philosophy :
Returning to the Source
"Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind."
We move away from modern "fitness-style" yoga to return to its original essence. In the Yoga Sutras, yoga is defined as the mastery and quieting of the mental ripples. Our practice is not about competing with postures, but about finding stillness within movement and returning to your true self through the breath.

Why Choose Integrated Yoga?
Unlike large classes of 30 or 40 people, we strictly limit our groups to a maximum of 8 participants, with sessions starting with as few as 2 students. This ensures each individual receives precise guidance and personalized alignment.
-
Small Group Precision
To deepen the restorative effect, every session concludes with a curated Sound Bath. As you lie in final relaxation, the resonance of Crystal Bowls and Singing Bowls will be introduced to ensure the "fluctuations of the mind" truly settle.

The Final Gift: Sound Integration
